Somerset Youth Dance Company (SYDC)

Join us this Autumn for a series of contemporary-based classes, perfect for young, aspiring dancers aged 13-21 in Somerset. Working alongside industry professionals, dancers will focus on technique and choreography helping further develop their skills and passion for dance and performing. Nationally recognised, SYDC is a great insight in to the professional world for those with a keen interest in dance - don’t miss out!

Following our Autumn Contemporary Series we will be holding auditions for the Company in January.

Venue: The Octagon Theatre (This class is in person, following current covid guidelines.)
Time: 7-8pm
Age Group: 13-21 years
Price: £5 per week
Teacher: SYDC is run by Katey Leader (Leaders in Dance). This term classes will be taught by SYDC teachers Natalie Hyde & Darcy Berkley.

We strongly advise booking your tickets to this activity in advance. Places are limited and we do not accept reservations, so arriving on the day may result in disappointment. Booking in advance also helps our workshop leaders to prepare your session and plan for any additional access needs you may have ahead of time.
