An energetic, mixed age lively taster class which will improve fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and confidence.  Learn some funky moves with all your favourite music. 

Weekly classes are split into two age groups.

Suitable for: Everyone aged 5-15, No experience needed.

We strongly advise booking your tickets to this activity in advance. Places are limited and we do not accept reservations, so arriving on the day may result in disappointment. Booking in advance also helps our workshop leaders to prepare your session and plan for any additional access needs you may have ahead of time.
