Integrated contemporary dance group for disabled and non-disabled people who enjoy being on stage and performing. This group is for those who are committed to learn new dance skills, improve fitness, create choreography, and perform. The group is fully inclusive and accessible with an emphasis on self-expression, fun and building friendships.
Suitable for: Disabled adults and their carers 18+ years, No experience needed.
