DANCEATHON: Adam Burgan | Sh'Bam 10pm

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH'BAM is an ego-free zone - no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude, and a cheeky smile, even if you walk in thinking you can't, you'll walk out knowing you can! Adam Burgan has been teaching Sh'bam at Nuffield Health since 2015.

Each class is £7, reduced to £5 a class if booking two or more. If you are being sponsored for the dance-a-thon, entry is free to all classes. You can download a sponsorship form online. Once you have obtained sponsorship, please contact the Box Office on 01935 422884 so we can allocate your spaces to each session. Please ensure you bring your sponsorship form along with you on the day as proof of sponsorship.
