The Salt Path

Based on Raynor Winn's bestseller, The Salt Path stars Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs as middle-aged couple Ray and Moth. After Moth is diagnosed with a serious illness and the pair lose their home, Ray suggests they walk the 630 mile South West Coast Path – a journey through nature that helps them to reconnect and start to heal. Set against a stunning coastal backdrop, Anderson and Isaacs are on superb form, anchoring this inspiring true story with real emotion.

Author of The Salt Path, Raynor Winn, has attended our Yeovil Literary Festival three times previously. This film was shot in Somerset locations such as Minehead and Porlock Weir.
